Welcome to LoopGG. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and LoopGG, based in Mumbai, India (“LoopGG”, “we”, “us”), and they cover your use of the LoopGG website, mobile app and any of our services for renting, buying or selling disc-based video games.

By creating an account, placing an order, or listing a game, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use LoopGG.

To use LoopGG you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.

We may decline, pause or limit an account if details look fraudulent or if an account is used in a way that creates risk for LoopGG or other users.

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login (phone, OTP) secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

When you rent a game, you pay the title’s full MRP upfront. This is a refundable deposit, not the rental price — it secures the disc while it’s with you.

• We charge a fixed daily rental fee (shown on each title) for every day you keep the disc.
• There’s no fixed return date. Keep the game as long as you like — the fee simply accrues per day from your deposit. Returning earlier means a larger refund.
• When we receive and inspect your returned disc, we refund deposit − (daily fee × days played) − any damage fees to the UPI ID on your order, usually within minutes of the return being processed.

Your live “refund on return” balance is always visible on the rental card in your library, so there are no surprises at the end.

You can buy games outright instead of renting. Each title may offer a factory-sealed copy from LoopGG and/or pre-owned copies listed by sellers at their own price. Pre-owned copies are graded by condition and inspected by our team before dispatch.

Purchases include a 7-day return windowfrom delivery for a no-questions return, provided the disc and packaging are in the condition you received them. Some titles or promotional bundles may carry different return terms, which we’ll show clearly at checkout.

If you list your own games on LoopGG (the “Marketplace”), you choose how to earn:

• Rent it out (50/50): you keep 50% of every rental booking, paid recurring for as long as the disc stays in rotation.
• Sell it (80/20):you keep 80% of the sale price; LoopGG retains 20% for listing, fulfilment and returns handling. You set the price within LoopGG’s guardrails for that title.

You confirm that you own the disc, that it’s genuine and region-appropriate, and that you have the right to list it. Every listing is reviewed and approvedby LoopGG (usually within a day); we may reject listings that are blurry, region-locked, counterfeit or overstocked, and we’ll tell you why so you can fix and resubmit.

Sale earnings settle to your wallet once the buyer’s 7-day return window closes; rental earnings accrue per booking. You can withdraw to any UPI ID, and payouts usually settle within minutes.

Some unreleased titles can be pre-ordered. You pay today to reserve a launch-day copy (sealed to own, or a launch rental), subject to a limited launch allocation shown on the product page.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time up to 48 hours before launch. Inside that 48-hour launch lock, the allocation is committed and the pre-order can no longer be cancelled, though normal rental-return or 7-day purchase-return rules apply once the disc reaches you.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net-banking and popular wallets. We do not store your full card number— it stays in Razorpay’s secured vault.

Refunds (rental deposits, cancellations, returns) are issued to the original payment method or the UPI ID on the order. If a payment fails but your bank still debits you, no order is created and the amount is auto-reversed by your bank, typically within 3–5 business days.

Orders are delivered by courier (via our logistics partner, Shiprocket). Mumbai rentals arrive in 1–2 days; pan-India typically in 2–5 days. You’ll get a tracking link, AWB number and a handover OTP in your library when the disc ships.

To return a rental, book a free reverse pickup from your library — the courier collects from your door in the original sleeve, with no printing or packaging needed. Refunds are triggered once the disc reaches us and passes inspection.

Please treat rented and pre-owned discs with care and keep them in the supplied sleeve. Our charges are deducted from your deposit and are designed to only ever cover the value of the disc:

• Arrived faulty:if a disc won’t read on arrival, that’s on us — tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace or fully refund it. You’re never charged for a disc that arrived faulty.
• Light scratches that still play: a flat ₹500 buffing fee.
• Unreadable or not returned: we charge the remaining MRP from your upfront deposit. You’re only ever out the value of the game itself — no penalties on top.

Every returned disc is tested on a console before it re-enters rotation, so renters always receive a working copy.

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it’s dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, treat it as a normal return (rentals) or use the 7-day window (purchases) instead. Pre-orders follow the 48-hour launch-lock rule in section 06.

We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a disc is unavailable, if we can’t verify your identity, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

When using LoopGG, you agree not to:

• Copy, rip, duplicate, resell or commercially exhibit any disc you rent or buy.
• Sub-let, lend or ship a rented disc outside the delivery address without our consent.
• List counterfeit, pirated, region-locked or stolen discs on the Marketplace.
• Abuse the service through fraud, chargebacks, fake reviews, or attempts to disrupt our systems.

Discs are physical media licensed for personal play only — renting or buying a disc gives you no rights in the underlying game software, which remains the property of its publisher.

The LoopGG name, logo, site design, copy and software are owned by LoopGG. Game titles, cover art and trademarks belong to their respective publishers; LoopGG claims no ownership of them. You may not use LoopGG’s branding without written permission.

LoopGG is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We don’t warrant that a particular title will always be in stock, or that delivery estimates will always be met. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopGG’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under India’s consumer-protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continuing to use LoopGG after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Reach us any time at hello@loopgg.com.
