Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what LoopGG(“LoopGG”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use LoopGG, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. It applies to our website, app and services.

The short version: we collect only what we need to ship you a disc, verify who you are, take payment and pay you out — and we never sell your data.

• Account & profile: your name, phone number and email — used to sign you in and contact you about orders.
• Delivery details: the addresses you save for courier delivery and reverse pickup.
• Payment & payout: handled by Razorpay; we receive a transaction status and the UPI ID you choose for refunds and earnings, but never your full card number.
• Usage: the games you browse, rent, buy, list and review, plus device and log data needed to run the service securely.

We use your information to:

• Fulfil orders — ship discs, schedule pickups, process rentals, returns and refunds.
• Verify identity and prevent fraud, loss and misuse of high-value discs.
• Take payment and send seller payouts.
• Provide support, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional product news.
• Improve the catalogue, pricing and reliability of the service.

We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and your consent (for optional marketing) as our legal bases.

We share the minimum needed, with:

• Razorpay — to process payments, refunds and payouts.
• Shiprocket & couriers — your name, address and phone, to deliver and collect discs.
• Marketplace sellers — only the shipping details required to fulfil a purchase from them; never your ID or payment data.
• Authorities— where we’re legally required to, or to protect LoopGG and its users from fraud or harm.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Card and bank details are entered directly into Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant systems. LoopGG never sees or stores your full card number. For refunds and seller earnings we store the UPI ID you provide so payouts can reach you.

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records — receipts and transaction logs — are retained longer where Indian tax, accounting or anti-fraud law requires. When retention is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise the data.

You can, at any time:

• Access and update your profile and addresses from Account settings.
• Withdraw consent for optional marketing without affecting order updates.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Close your account — we'll delete data we're not legally required to keep.

To exercise any of these, use Account settings or email privacy@loopgg.com. We respond within the timelines set by applicable Indian data-protection law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and your cart intact, and a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help and which don’t. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and routine reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data we’ll act quickly and notify you and the authorities as required by law.

LoopGG is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

We’ll update this policy as our service evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version and we’ll flag material changes in-app or by email.
