You pay the full MRP upfront when the disc ships — think of it as a deposit. We only keep the daily rental fee for the days you played; the rest is refunded to your original payment method within 2-4 business days of the disc reaching us. You can watch the running balance live in your library.

Open My Library — the active rental card shows the live courier status and AWB number. Out-for-delivery orders also send an OTP to your phone — keep it and your ID handy for handover.

There's no clock pressure, but returning early means a bigger refund. Go to the rental in your library, tap "Return now", and book a free reverse pickup slot. The courier collects from your door — no printing or packaging needed beyond the original sleeve.

Don't worry, this is on us. Start a chat or email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we'll ship a replacement or refund in full. You're never charged for a disc that arrived faulty.

Once the buyer's 7-day return window closes, your 80% share lands in your LoopGG earnings balance. You can withdraw it to any UPI ID instantly — payouts usually settle within a few minutes.

Light scratches that still play carry a Rs.500 buffing fee. If a disc is unreadable or not returned, we charge the remaining MRP from your upfront deposit — so you're only ever out the value of the game, nothing extra.
